At Polestar, ‘the sky's the limit’ when it comes to positioning. With the strategic direction to establish a presence in the Australian market Polestar identified the need to embark on a national program of cohesive and high-performing integrated retail brand experiences.

With minimalism – not simplicity as the guiding design approach, cutting through and shaping a world-class solution capable of driving customer connection through accessible, quality brand engagement was essential. To achieve high levels of engagement a comprehensive Retail Activation and Test Drive program of national retail experiences and ‘destination’ brand spaces within high profile and brand-aligned retail spaces was designed and delivered.

High impact meets high value. With a two-pillar approach designed and activated: a Retail activation space [to understand the Polestar brand] + Test Drive [to experience Polestar product], the program impact was immense. The reception of each of the Retail locations was exceptional with customer test drives at capacity and visitor engagement exceeding global benchmarks – audiences showing keen interest in the expanded Polestar model line-up post experience.
